Swarth Fell Pike – Most Westerly Point – North Riding

On Wednesday the North Riding flag was taken to Swarth Fell Pike the most Westerly Point of the North Riding.

North of Sedbergh, Swarth Fell Pike marks the point where the West Riding, North Riding and Westmorland join. The post marks the actual spot. Swarth Fell Pike is south of Kirby Stephen and marks the northern edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
